Regular membership meetings of the Mendocino Coast Audubon Society are held the 3rd Monday of the month from September to May (except December) in Room 112 at the College of the Redwoods, 1211 Del Mar Drive, Fort Bragg. {Click here for a campus map}. Chapter Board meetings are held on the 4th Monday of the month from September through May at 6:00 pm. Members are welcome, please call ahead to confirm the date and location.
Field Trips are scheduled on the second Saturday of the month from September to May. Local birding hot spots are visited to take advantage of seasonal birding opportunities. See the Whistling Swan for changes, for additional trips and bird walks.
Monthly Bird Walks at the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, led by an MCAS member, are scheduled year round on the 1st Saturday at 9:00 AM, and the 3rd Wednesday at 8:00 AM (except at 8:30 AM November through February), of each month. We go light-rain or shine. For information call 964-6835.
