Noyo Headlands - Accessible Birding
Saturday, November 9 from 10:00AM
Trip Leader: Paul Miller
Join Paul Miller, President of the Sacramento Audubon Society, who birds in a wheelchair for this accessible birding trip for all levels of birders. The Noyo Headlands is a magical place to experience the wonder of our sacred birds while traveling along the bluffs on a smooth asphalt trail. The bluffs offer breathtaking views of our majestic Pacific Ocean and all the birds that call this wild place home. We will also have the opportunity to see various species who call the bluffs themselves home. This trip is open to anyone regardless of mobility challenges.
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible on paved flat trails.
Directions: Meet at the Noyo Headlands parking lot, at the west end of Cypress Street on the old mill site (across Highway 1 from Taco Bell).
Trip will be canceled in the event of heavy rain
