Regular membership meetings:
These meetings are held the 3rd Monday of the month from September to May (except December) Meetings are free and open to the public however there is a charge for dinner. Please check the Whistling Swan or the MCAS Website for places and up-dates.
Chapter Board meetings:
Board meetings are held on the 4th Monday of the month from September through May at 6:00 p.m. at Jughandle Farm. Members are welcome, please call ahead for a dinner reservation and to confirm date and location.
Field Trips:
Any field trips are scheduled on the second Saturday of the month from September to May. Local birding hot spots are visited to take advantage of seasonal birding opportunities. See the Whistling Swan for changes, for additional trips and bird walks.
Monthly Bird Walks:
Bird walks at the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, led by an MCAS member, are scheduled year round on the 1st Saturday, starting at 9:00 AM, and the 3rd Wednesday, starting at 8:00 AM, of each month We go light-rain or shine. For information call 964-6835.
